Service team was very helpful and efficient, however not satisfied that a vehicle this new has been in the shop so any times already and required new parts that are not just normal wear and tear items.

We bring it in to get fixed and it comes out with more issues! It goes back again. Customer service is great though.

Terrible customer service. I bought a new civic from Paladino and after bringing my car home I noticed white overspray on the entire vehicle. I brought my car back the next day asking if they can buff the white overspray out of my new car. The person I was talking to didn't take me very seriously and said I was following a paint truck to close. After several phone calls asking if I can get the car buffed I gave up. Not to long after I got a dent on my door and wanted to put the cost to fix the dent through the protection plan I bought. They wouldn't put it on my protection plan and argued with me the entire time. Would never buy another vehicle from Paladino.

I called for some parts for my Pilot in the morning and didn't show up until around 430. Although I didn't commit to a purchase over the phone, I arrived to find that the parts were waiting for me at the counter. Nick made the transaction efficient and painless the way it should be. Great service...thank you!
