We had an appointment after work on a Wednesday. As the store closed at 6pm they gave us the vehicle over night which was nice as I appreciate seeing how things light up on the interior of a vehicle as well as the performance of the headlights. The next day we met with Josh to discuss numbers. We basically told him up front what we would be willing to pay. He was able to get close enough to that number that it really was negligible the difference so we were quite happy with the deal. A couple of days after picking up our vehicle we noticed some odd scratches across the windshield. As we had put a couple hundred kms on it since we picked it up I was fearing that the dealership would try to pin the damage on us or that it must have happened after delivery. To my relief Josh asked that I swing by so he could have a look. After a minute or two he said to just bring it in the following week and they'll replace it no problem! If you're in the market for a good used vehicle or a new Honda I would not hesitate to recommend Palladino Honda (and especially Josh). This 2019 CRV will be our 5th Honda and 4th from Palladino. Any issues we've ever had have always been addressed in a courteous and professional manner and in our case have always been covered under warranty. This review isn't just for Josh but really all the staff at Palladino. They have always met my extremely high standards!

The car was ready on time. I was informed of a damaged skid plate, good to know :) Would have been nice to have to skid plate replaced under warranty.

I was disappointed with the service, as I bought my car two years ago with extended warranty and have experienced many problems. I brought my car into the dealership to make repairs, where the weathering strip around the windshield and windows on the drivers and passenger side is peeling, the drivers visor hangs down, the drivers heated seat does not work and the plastic clip above the windshield on the passenger side is coming off. These issues with the car should not happen within two years of purchase. I was informed that the extended warranty I bought does not cover any of these issues and I have to pay the expenses. I have already paid enough for the car and bought extended warranty in order not to have these issues. I have talked to the manager Cody and Pat, and I have tried to contact them again but they keep avoiding me and have not called me back to solve this problem. I am ready to file a complaint claim to OMVIC to resolve this issue.

Maria, unfortunately these items are not covered under the extended warranty you purchased, when you purchased your pre-owned vehicle two years ago. We can confirm that you have discussed the situation with management and did not accept our resolution. I had a Type II service done and had some noise coming from the front wheels. Noise was identified and repaired quickly.
