CRV Recall Visit

I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. There was a parking spot available for me in the lot. (although the lot was a bit icy). Tamara listened to any concerns that I had and followed up with the technicians and then with me. The shuttle driver was prompt and pleasant on the drive.

Excellent sales staff, very attentive and accommodating. I'm on my 3rd CRV from Palladino Honda and I'm very pleased, no, actually I'm tickled pink with my new vehicle. The service department is equally proficient and staffed with easy to deal with pleasant people. A well run organization.

Good service Enjoyed the friendly shuttle service Please install a car wash bay. The last Honda dealership I used had one and every time your vehicle was serviced they washed your vehicle.

Matt was made my transition from a Civic to a CRV very easy. I have an anxiety disorder and large purchases are difficult for me and me made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase I would recommend him to anyone
