After a few month i realized they could have done more to put me on the car i wanted. If you are an inmigrant shop at toronto dealers they have more experience.

Very disappointed that you could not change the run times on my remote start . With these cold Canadian winters 10 minutes is not long enough. Also only being able to start it twice. Had I known this I would have had another one installed with another company

Lisa, the remote start will turn on your Honda Civic for 20 minutes total. When you initially start the vehicle remotely, it will stay on for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes it will power off, but you do have the option to start it for an additional 10 minutes. Once the 20 minute time span has elapsed, you are unable to start the vehicle remotely anymore and must go into the vehicle and push to start for safety purposes. Service team....excellent!!. Sales Manager Andrew N...…..excellent!! Palladino Honda is focused on customer service, they are very prompt and efficient when dealing with customers. This is my 3rd Honda purchased from them

My overall experience was very positive. Disappointed that no one was informed and did not inform me that the remote starter was not installed. I had to find out for myself and then contact the dealership to find out what the problem was.
