Van is almost 11 years old and still going well usually. Fuse box needed to be replaced as most electronic gadgets were not working. Mechanic found a problem...water was coming into the doors. Tests were done and hopefully the problem was solved. Always informed of work being done and/or being informed of problem, the cost involved, the time required and the OK to go ahead. Always respectful, knowledgeable and never pressured into making a hasty decision. Super great staff.

Visit for B service was awesome. I appreciated the heads up regarding brake work needing to be done on the rear brakes (not the cost though :) ). When picking up my vehicle the only complaint I have was that the percent wear on the front brakes was not marked down on the report and couldn't be disclosed. The back brakes were 20% and wanted to know what the front brakes were at so i could plan a budget for my next visit if/when i need front brake work done. Shuttle service was stellar and I appreciated they could drive my son to school.

A brand new CRV sitting in garage awaiting Spare parts is no good new for a new customer. I do not see such incident occurring to a brand new vehicle, and that too just because of the regular weather conditions.. No accidents / No mishaps.. Simply a new vehicle breaks down. That's Honda.!

Initially I did not plan to buy a car from a dealership, this being due to the stereotype that they are looking for a certain clientele. Palladino Honda in Sudbury, ON. has definitely changed my viewpoint on this, more specifically Rob Shea and Guy Robineau. I do not have the most desirable situation for a salesperson. My financial situation had geared me to look towards auto companies with high-interest and a far less personable experiences as per reviews. Upon a friend recommending I at least talk to Rob Shea at Palladino Honda, I decided why not. From the first phone call, to the day I picked up my car, I had nothing but positive experiences with Guy and Rob. They both went so far beyond what I expected that I would recommend them to absolutely anyone. I will never go anywhere else!
