Matt is always a pleasure to deal with, he has sold me a couple of cars now and is always patient and understanding of what I expect from a vehicle and knows what vehicle would suit my needs best.

Worst experience ever! Had three separate people tell me one price for an oil change, then get charged almost double that at the end of my service.. Left Ina rush because I had to pick someone up, when I got home I decided to check the oil, since they did not show it to me at the dealership.. Turns out I'm running a dry engine! Palladino Honda, you have some explaining to do! UPDATE: The engine wasn't dry, it just had 5.7 quarts instead of 5.7 litres. Satisfied now that the issue was rectified swiftly by the service manager Marilyn. I was given a refund of my service, but I feel it was only just. When I purchased the vehicle, I drove it 5000 kms then took it for an oil change. The person doing the change stated that the oil probably should have been changed when the vehicle was purchased, as it was sludge. Overall not really impressed with the service department. My salesman is great and does whatever he can to make sure I'm content. Much love for Matthew Battistoni! But when you get a shoulder shrug from service who have been there for years, it's very disheartening. I won't mention names, as some of the service staff go above their duty and are always nice and welcoming! I would definitely still recommend Honda for the quality of their vehicles.. But if you buy another make from them, and you take it there for service, be VERY observant of your bill, and also check your vehicle in the lot! This is the most honest review I can come up with.

My Honda was brought in for a recall of Engine Oil dilution. Updated software needed to be installed. I was greeted with a smile. Gentleman was pleasant and professional. Arranged for me to be dropped off and picked up. The job was completed on time as quoted. Good Job

I had an awesome experience with the service department at Palladino Honda. My vehicle wouldn't start and needed to be towed in. Marilyn and Amy took such great care of my vehicle and even had it dropped off to me. Thank you so much!

Parking was jambed pack so tight, they needed staff to direct people in and out, and it took 15min to leave the parking lot. Service and people were kind and professional, and there was an accident nearby on the road, so this may have been an isolated experience.
