My review is not a reflection of Honda products but of what my experience has been like. I'm reading the reviews and they all sound wonderful, and I wonder why??? I feel like I was taken by my salesperson to the finance person. This is my 2nd Honda product, my first time financing a car and buying from a dealership. I'll start at the beginning. My test drive consisted of my salesperson driving the CRV down to Port Dalhousie parking lot and speeding up and slamming on the brakes to show me how the vehicle can stop. Then he let me drive the vehicle back to the dealership. I barely got to drive the car, but I loved it from what I did get to drive of it. Had I had driven it a bit longer, then maybe I would have foreseen one of my issues, the tire light on the dashboard constantly going on and off. This problem started the day I drove it off the lot, but unfortunately I had to go to work and could not leave to bring my vehicle in. Now we're back at the dealer and my salesperson took me all around and everything, which was neither here nor there, but when it came to the financing part I knew nothing so I had a lot of questions that I needed answered. I felt that the financing staff answered all my questions with ease and satisfaction. When it came time to the extended warranty I was told "the vehicle you are purchasing is under 100,000km so it falls under the original warranty". Then I was really pressured to purchase the extended warranty. So I did. You may be wondering why I still purchased the vehicle? Well I didn't realize the true answers until after I had already purchased the vehicle.I asked if I have a problem with my vehicle that is covered by my extended warranty, is there any other charges. the answer was "NO". Wrong! They don't tell you that they charge you a $105.00 fee to diagnose the problem then there is always loop holes in the extended warranty, so you may or may not be covered. Then they need to keep your car first to diagnose, then to fix the problem which could take a couple days, so now your out a vehicle. In closing, I probably will purchase another Honda in my lifetime because I love the product. The way I look at it is, it's a vehicle and it will break down or have things go wrong from time to time, but when I'm paying good money for this vehicle, I expect performance, especially when the car is only a few years old and I except top quality customer service, so far I'm 0 for 2. However, I refuse to ever purchase another extended warranty and be double paying for something. You're paying for the warranty and now you have to pay to diagnose. My suggestion is get a good mechanic.

So, I'm totally late on this, but it's better late than never!! Erin Sammy and Sean Moffett are the best!!! I was only going for a test drive and to check out my options, and by the time I left I was sure I made the right decision to lease my brand new, 2015 Honda Civic Ex!! I've had it nearly a month now, only 2 fills so far and lots of smiles! They were professional, courteous, kind and explained everything clearly. No more hoofin it for this chick!! ❤️ I'm sure I'm a customer for life! 10 stars!

I was only going for a test drive and to check out my options, and by the time I left I was sure I made the right decision to lease my brand new, 2015 Honda Civic Ex!! I've had it nearly a month now, only 2 fills so far and lots of smiles! They were professional, courteous, kind and explained everything clearly. No more hoofin it for this chick!! ❤️ I'm sure I'm a customer for life! 10 stars!

My wife and I were looking for a second car for our active family. Met with Dan, told him what our needs were and what our budget was. We had already shopped and compared vehicles on-line, so we knew pretty much that the Honda Fit met our needs. Dan made sure that the purchase went through smoothly with his professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. We will seriously consider Honda, specifically Henley Honda, when the time comes to change our primary family vehicle. Merci Daniel!

The folks at Henley Honda were a pleasure to work with - very knowledgeable about their products and were genuine, patient and helpful throughout our purchase. Erin Sammy- our sales representative took us on a test drive that really made the difference as we were comparing our vehicle with other competitors. Our first 'new' car purchase was a real delight. We walked into Henley Honda to view a minivan. We were met by Boris. He is not only an excellent sales man, but is very helpful and sincere. He answered all our questions and knew a lot about the vehicle. Needless to say that a few days later we had the papers signed on our new Honda Odyssey. We were really pleased with the service, from Boris right through to Finance. Its a great team of professionals. We are first time Honda drivers and I am confident to say that it will not be the only Honda that we will drive. We will definitely go back to Henley Honda and Boris!
