I am a very cautious person as my husband and myself have been burned so many time over the years and where even more cautious purchasing a vehicle that I havent seen or driven but Empire Auto Group have been great and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We live in Ottawa and where looking to buy a vehicle. We have most likely the worst credit and Steve, Sam where so patient and did everything they could to find us a vehicle. I must have called Sam a dozen times in the last few days with mulitply questions and he has been so patient and understanding. Sam is going out of his way to get that vehicle delivered to me. Again no matter where you live in Ontario I highly recommend this company. If I could give them a 10 I would. Thank you very much for going above and beyond with me.

Al at Empire auto group worked with me over the course of 3 weeks of texting, phone calls and emails to find me a great car that works within my budget. I'm so pleased with the effort that was put in to make sure I'm getting what I want with a price that works. Thanks for everything you've done guys! Definitely will be a return costumer

Was very excited about applying for a vehicle here, very little communication from the salesman Sami. Seemed like a nice guy, but if he needs to do any leg work to get you into a car prepare to be disappointed. After receiving notice I'd need a cosigner and giving him one, I've received zero communication from him. I understand if a certain car isn't an option but if you are going to be running two peoples credit like that you should at the very least see it through and inform them if they are not eligible. Very disappointed in the salesman I was dealing with avoid Sami!
