When we first came to Empire Auto East, my fiance and I were so fed up with mainstream dealers that couldn’t finance him a vehicle due to ONE bad rating on his credit (unpaid bill from an ex!) we were almost ready to get into a vehicle with an 11.5% interest rate! THANKFULLY— Hassan saved our frustrations and got my fiancé into a 2018 Silverado that he’s absolutely in love with. On top of that, he has a killer interest rate/term/financing service and we wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle from anywhere OR anyone else! Hassan at Empire Auto East is THE car guy here in London! Shawn and steve made my dream suv come true happier then ever, buying a used car from a different city is tough as it is! But these 2 gents made it easy! Pretty much restored my faith in humanity, the general manager (sam) was over seeing everything ,fighting for every penny that i can save with the lender! So happy, so proud!!

I don't have great credit and this place was the only place that would help me get into a newer viechel and Sami asked what I was looking for with what price range and he stayed with everything I asked for and they were quick and convenient and was such an amazing experience thank you.

I WENT TO EMPIRE AUTO 5 MONTHS AGO AND BOUGHT MY SELF A NEWER CAR WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR THE SALES PERSON TOLD ME THAT I DIDNT NEED TO BY THE WARRANTY THAT IT STILL HAD WARRANTY ON IT. SO A BOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AGO I LOST ALL MY STEERING IN THE CAR AND IT LOCKED UP AND CALLED EMPIRE AUTO ON SPRINGBANK AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON AND PRETTY MUCH GOT LAUGH AT. SO MY NEXT STEP IS TO CALL OMVIC AND TAKE IT THAT WAY
