how to vacum a customers car

when you go in for oil change ..they vacum out your car for you ..well i spilled some rice on the back floor mat and it was all over..and dident notice till i got home that they did not vacum floor mats in the back..might not be a big deal to you nurse but to me it is...anyway who really cares ..just going to go to the other dealers..thanks

On my recent appt. I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs. and I was there for 3 hrs. I don't know if the technician knew how to fix the problem. Also I had a free car wash and vac and all that was done was a fast car wash (there were still bugs left on my windshield). I was told the vacuum would be taken care of but I have not heard when.
