I am always treated with respect and do not feel being female means not getting the same attention. I have been looked after by a few different service advisors and am always pleased with their dedication and their follow up.

all my cars are ALWAYS serviced by Nurse, even my Toyota. I can count on everything being done to the highest standards, on time, and for a reasonable price. Started with Nurse in 1992 have absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

Was questioning poor display of screen. Was told this is normal. Was not that way when I got the car . Have found others without the problem. Answer I got was unacceptable.

The Equinox corrosion recall matter was a methodical, yet very well-managed experience on the part of the Nurse Body Shop team. Recognizing the inconvenience to the owner, Nurse/GM covered off the repair period with a new Chevrolet rental vehicle. A wise chance to further showcase a Chevrolet product. My 2011 Equinox was returned in a very impressive state, with a description provided of the work performed. Very well done!
