It was a great day! Once I dropped my car off, I had a chance to look at the new 2017 Civics. We've decided to wait until 2018!

I dropped my car off and Dale took care of everything. My husband picked me up and Dale said that he would call me on my Cell if there were any problems. I warned him that I was not a Cell phone person and that I may not hear the phone. My husband and I went for lunch and I decided to take my phone out of my purchase and put it on the table and just then it rang and I was able to hear it and answer. Dale explained what needed to be done and I approved and I continued on with my afternoon. Dale called me later to say that the car was finished and he was just finished with the paperwork and I could pick it up anytime before 8.00 p.m.

I cannot commend Brantford Honda enough for the quality, courtesy and professionalism that I have received since the purchase of my used car. Having just got out of a horrible vehicle purchasing experience with Westgate in London, The folks at Brantford Honda; Brandon, Nicole, Dale, Mike and the entire crew, have made my faith in humanity stronger. LOL. They have gone above and beyond my expectations, and really took customer support to the next level. Thank you so much to everyone there!
