I had a very satisfactory experience purchasing a new-to-me very nice 2015 Sonata.

I went to O'Regan's Toyota because I was interested in a used Camry, or similar, and conferred with Ryan Hubley on availability of models. Ryan accessed the on-line catalogue and we discussed my preferences. He was able to show me a 2015 used Sonata - I owned a 2008 Sonata and always liked the ride but needed to upgrade. He took me on a test drive that allowed highway driving, which comprises most of my driving. I was impressed with the vehicle and decided it would suit my needs. Ryan was courteous and thorough in his work, including setting up the hands-free phone, which would have taken me a lot longer on my own! Denise Barkhouse, the Financial Services Manager, was also excellent to deal with, very helpful and accommodating, as was the person who assisted me on July 7 when I signed the papers to take possession.

We were looking for a used Mazda 5 and on our back from Steele, we decided to go check out the Toyota dealership. Tom welcomed us and became our sales representative. He was extremely approachable and you could feel that he really wanted our business and did everything he could to help us find the car we wanted. In the end, we found a Chevy Orlando that we bought (instead of the Mazda 5 that we originally were looking to purchase). Tom came with us when we tried out the car (he is the only one to have done this), and talked about the car all along the way. He knew his stuff (other sales representatives elsewhere were not as good). After buying the car Tom was very good with following up on the things that remained to be done on the car (detailing the car, undercoat, winter tires on rims) and was extremely approachable and courteous during that time as well. We felt like value customers and give the highest recommendation to Tom.

things weren't organized , poor detail cleaning

Things weren't organized as it should have been and the detail cleaning wasn't much other then the glass and dash cleaned and vacuumed out . First oil change comes in the mail , why ? Just a couple of things . Thanks for asking .

I was driving a Toyota Camry and I was not happy with the vehicle due to poor gas mileage etc. I had a long chat with Darren and he suggested I try a Rav4 and after driving it I concluded It was the vehicle that I was looking for. I was well treated and had all my concerns addressed, I have been back after purchase requiring information and again I received the information and help. Thanks again Darren.

I was impressed with the time Paul gave me to understand what I wanted for an auto. He gave me some options and explained thoroughly the basic "ins and outs" of the options. The financial department were easy and pleasant with their process. I would certainly recommend your dealership should I be ask for advice in the future.

Had been to another dealership and had a bad experience Carl was pleasant and patient with me trying to find the right fit for my needs and within my budget. I was given payment options and all the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful. This is my second time purchasing a car at this location and was pleased with my first car.

I'm currently driving my 3rd Corolla all of which I purchased through Bob. He takes more than enough time to explain the whole process, and when picking up my new Corolla he doesn't let me leave until any new features, and some familiar ones are fully explained.
