My service was excellant. Things were well explained. I think maybe the deal I made on the tires wasn't as good as I thought... as well they weren't available at the appointment time, not sure why? I changed the appointment time, maybe the info didn't go with it.??? Involvement with all employees was very good. Paul; sales person, did everything he could to make my experience smooth, no hassle. My financing lady, Linda was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my third toyota corolla, second new one and this one is probably the best service.

Everyone at the Toyota dealership was great. I bought a car sight-unseen and was not nervous about it at all. Blair made me feel very secure. I also deal with O'Regan's BMW and they are awesome. I have never been able to say anything positive about the local Honda dealer!

I found Shane ,as always ,informed,candid and pleasant. At 83,there are certain realities to be faced when driving a car and considering the puchase of 5 year leased car. These issues were discussed with Shane and I made the decision to buy my leased car. We had low mileage after 5 years of driving.

Purchased a new 2015 Corrolla at the end of August and the sales and finace staff were great to deal with. The only minor issue was the car for some reason did not have the USB car charger and therefore I had to come back a few weeks later to have it installed.

I highly recommend asking for Andrew Chen if you're interested in buying your new car here ---- he was a refreshing change after dealing with greasy salesmen from other car dealerships. You'll never feel like you're being taken advantage of --- he'll treat you fairly and with respect.
