I actually cancelled my appointment, but I will tell you I find Oregans very inconvenient for booking appointments. Meaning availability is often poor, great that you are busy but not great for convenience.

Received excellent feedback as to the corrective action required to fix a leak and solve an engine service light indicator. Mandy was knowledgeable and explained what the possible problems could be an the cost associated with the potential repairs. She set up a time that worked for us, and was right on as to the solution. Both problems solved and at the price quoted. She also was friendly and a. Great communicated. A definitely valuable employee.

All 3 of my Toyota vehicles have had all their servicing at the Toyota Dealership and customer service has always been exemplary. Not sure if I can say the same for sales aspect.
