I do believe I said it all in my first sentence...I certainly didn't mind going to have maintenance done to my vehicle after my first visit. This is the first time in my life that I had to do this and I was a little apprehensive on what to expect. But this company certainly has taken away my fear and have made me feel very relaxed. Thank you for that!!!!!!!!

There was concern for any question that I asked re the car and effective listening on Steve's end. He remembered me from previous appointments and answered honestly. The car was in for its first oil change after purchase.

Just needed the 56000 maintenance package and when I called to book the appointment was asked if I wanted several different items changed such as spark plugs and one of the fluids (possibly transmission but it was a while ago) besides oil. When I asked if it was part of the scheduled maintenance the person said no but it was recommended by O'Regan's. When I come in for service I only want the required work carried out, I do not want to be upsold and have stopped going to other shops because of this.

Was able to wander around the yard looking at new models, took couple of Prius's out on test drive while Rav was in getting service- Great experience!!

I usually have very good service BUT when you ask them to fix an issue & you pay out your hard earned money for the issue not to be fixed doesn't sit well. Rear passenger side seal belt still to this day gives us issues BUT I will not pay more money to have it looked at cause it should have be fixed correctly in the first place in my eyes.
