Lack of follow up from last servicing by Toyota Dealership

After the last servicing completed the follow up online service review sent by dealership.I indicated that problems I had mentioned before servicing had not been rectified and were still an issue.To date no follow up from dealership.

My Toyota Rav 4 was taken in for service. It was clear early in the appointment that there were further issues. I was notified and the options and cost explained clearly. In the end the Rav 4 was all shined up and ready for me at the proper time.

I appreciated how polite the staff were and the discount they gave on the repair, but the part I had been waiting for had been sent to Dartmouth by Toyota instead of Halifax and this resulted in a long wait.

I had a loud noise coming from the front of my car.

I went in to the shop with out an appointment and when I explained my concerns, i.e.. I was nervous to drive the car, the young man gave me an appointment for that afternoon. He was considerate, kind and squeezed me in. When i brought the car in, the techs test drove it, tried to find the noise but couldn't. They concluded it might have been a rock lodged somewhere. They couldn't have been more helpful. I was very p leased even though they didn't find the cause (I had said it sounded like a screw driver was loose inside the car). The noise went away.

Other than regular service maintenance, which is very good, anytime I had a problem that was not normal David Kipper and the rest of the customer service bent over backwards to help out.

While in getting an oil change, purchased a bug deflector. Tried to install it at home only to find it was the incorrect one. Brought back to dealership where technician installed the correct one. Happy!
