Always excellent service. Just in for an oil and filter, out within an hour. That's why we bought our cars there, service.

David looked after our Rav4 in a very professionsl manner. Warrenty connections were all handled seamelessly. We are quite satisfied with the service. Can I make a suggestion? After running gear and suspenson work it would be much appreciated if the owner could test drive the vehicle with the service man present. This would ensure that little quirks or noises the customer was concerned with., have been attended to or explained, rather than have to return with further questions.

I've never had a problem going into the Toyota & Lexus dealer. I owned a 2007 Toyota Yaris for 4 years until I traded up into a 2015 Tuscon and was very impressed how easy it was to do it.

I have had my 2003 Highlander in five times in the past two months to check the "check engine" light and VSC indicator. On the fourth visit, I was told that they would need to remove the gas tank as the next step. I dropped the car off for 9 am and at 4:30 pm when I picked it up I was told that they think that the gas tank would need to be dropped and so I needed to make another appointment. This was determined on the last appointment so it was a total waste of my time to have dropped it off for the day. I am very frustrated with the inability to find the problem here, so much so that I am thinking of getting rid of the vehicle and trying another dealer.

Car was brought in for a recall notice. Efficiently done. Mechanic also took the initiative to repair a bolt on my drivers door which was loose and would have caused damage to the door eventually. Thanks!

I recently had my car in for an oil change everything went well from booking the appointment for my preferred time , to having the work done including rotating the tires to reduce a wear problem I hadn't noticed until it was shown to me. Keep up the good work.
