It was a pleasure to work with Zel. He was very helpful during the car selection process. Ultimate professional and all around pleasant gentleman. He was available to assist and facilitate things even during the pandemic shutdown. I was impressed with the professionalism of all the other helpful staff of Audi West during the leasing process as well.

Max was busy with limited resources after Covid 19. We bought Q5. He helped on all levels and followed up on all of our requests. Honored all parts of our deal negotiated leading to our purchase. Q5 is amazing. Service at Audi West has been great despite C19 context and all follow up honored.
