I was pleased with the serice and the fact that both Mike and Duane explained to me in words I understood what had to be done to my Fiat. They were in regular contact and kept me informed.

I dropped my truck off at 7:00am for routine maintenance. The shuttle took me to work after only about a 10 minute wait. During that time i was told my alinment was out and if i wanted it corrected. At noon i received a call informing me that brake service was recommeded and i agreed. At 4:00 the shuttle was waiting for me. I paid my bill and was out the door in 5 minutes with a washed truck. Even the software on my radio recieved an update. Great work guys.

Heat problems ... Heater core , rad and oil heater replaced .. Lots of heat now !! Only problem now is that I cannot control the temperature .. always hot .. will contact Dealer soon for advice.. Thanks Ted

Mike took down all of my information and the technicians took my car in. I was there because one of my tires kept deflating in cold temperatures and I knew it wasn't punctured but couldn't figure out the problem. I thought it might be a valve or rim problem. The technician worked for a long time, took the tire off the rim and inspected it from the inside. Couldn't identify a concrete problem, but thought there might have been a leak in the area of the valve. He also tightened the valve for me. I was waiting for a longer than expected time so Mike came around to give me an update, which I really appreciated.

Standard 3rd service (oil change) completed quickly and efficiently. Requested diagnostic re front-end clunk that has re-appeared; tech confirmed jounce bumpers need replacing again. Service Advisor was pleasant and courteous throughout.

Good intake process and suttle service. Comfortable waiting area. Disappointed that repair is delayed based on parts availability. It will require another day of down time without a vehicle. Only 5k on vehicle so i am slightly concerned with quality and durability
