Took a while for the part to come in, but when it did, they booked me in right away and it was done in 10 min.! I was told it would take 1.5 hours over the phone, so I had to make arrangements with my kids, so I was surprised that it only took 10min. to complete. I could've brought my kids with me and saved me the hassle of finding care, but that's ok! Thanks! Rachel
