Four times to provide good service and employees either no communicate appropriate with me or did not do their job properly. Different times for my car accident and the other one for cross members extended warranty.

We bought a vehicle and the following week had an issue with the battery; they replaced it right away while we waited. We have had our vehicles serviced here at this location for almost 17 years and are always very happy with the service. The staff are all professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. It is a very cheery, fun place, they all have a great sense of humour, which is nice too.

I have been into Oxford Dodge Service 4 times in the last 7 weeks, due to an ongoing issue with my vehicle, which was quite frustrating for everyone. Morgan was kind, calm, polite and understanding when dealing with me. She kept me informed about what was going on. She communicated my concerns effectively with the mechanics, manager etc. She arranged for a loaner on the last service visit, without me even inquiring. I appreciate her professionalism in a stressful situation.. Thank you.

Car Repair

A sudden loss of power steering fluid required me to bring my car to Oxford Doge without an appointment. I was greeted by Mike Summerfield and told that my car would be seen that day and he would call me as soon as he got a report. Within the hour, my service advisor called me back to inform me of the required repair and associated costs. The courtesy ride to/from work was very much appreciated. My car was ready by the time that I returned and I was given a complimentary car wash. Great service.
