I was just in to get a new set of keys and to have them programmed. Darryl greeted me by name and acknowledged me while he was with a customer to let me know he would be right with me when finished with the person ahead. That goes a long way in making a customer feel valued and appreciated. He is very courteous and had the work done in the time he said while I waited in the lounge. I felt the service was excellent!!!!

Robert was awesome and we are very happy with our new van!

Robert Tiedemann was our sales associate. I initially consulted their website, and I really liked the pop-up live helpers they have to ascertain your buying preferences. Robert received the information and was able to find us the perfect vehicle for us. We went in the same evening and purchased that van; a previously-owned Dodge Grand Caravan. Robert was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. He has a great sense of humour as well. We are very pleased with our shopping experiences at this dealership; it is the second vehicle we have purchased there, and have been very satisfied both times, and through all the years we had our other van serviced and maintained there. We will definetely be returning to this dealership for all our future purchases as well.
