I would leave half a star if I could, maybe its better to go into the dealership than do any kind of online/ phone inquires . The customer service was horrible , I was trying to help my parents navigate through this process in finding a vehicle. Not only did I have to call them something like 14 times during the 4 day process ...I could never get a straight answer...a couple times when I asked what the problem was with my parents ( who own properties and their rental incomes was never asked) the sales man Sam or Joe I popped between both apparently stated " What can I say , the people with the gold make the choices " ummm ok ??? An absolute waste of time , the following day I went to a dealership in Hamilton n tgey approved my parents on the spot , and took all the correct info ...I suppose my advice is , if you have any type of special financial circumstances ( my parents own n rent 3 properties) do not go to these guys .....

I recommend this dealer to any one who is looking to buy a car they have good qualify salesmen that know what they doing they got me approved where no one else were able to get me financed to buy my dream car they were able to get me finance my dream car with good rate regard my credit situation. The staff there were very nice and helpful if your looking for a car go see Abe at empire auto east he will be very happy to assist you with your new car purchase

I want to start by saying Thank You, you made buying my new car, the best experience . Hass is a great guy, he worked very hard for me. The whole team at Empire Auto Group East is awesome. Everyone went out of their way to make my purchase, the best possible. Lower interest rates, and great deal on my trade in. This place is absolutely amazing, Katie is phenomenal!! She went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle that was perfect for me. When I was stuck at work she drove to my work place to make things more convenient. She is incredible!! She made purchasing a vehicle seemlike a cake walk and I am forever grateful for all the extra help!! I would recommend this dealership to all of my friend but above all that I would recommend having Katie help find the car the suits you best!!
