I have suffered through the worst experience of my life at this dealership. The worst part is when it came to the managers attention, he had sent an email in response to mine acting as though he was genuinely concerned. Explaining he has someone on it and they will be in touch. I never heard back even after I followed up. In a nut sell. December 19th 2018 brought my trade in for an assessment. Then my sales person lead me on for weeks that he had a deal and just trying to find the right car. Finally 2 months later he states he found the right car but it has a recall and they cannot sell it before doing the recall. The list goes one. Then I am to go and get this car...I call my sales rep to confirm pick up. He informs me he has been suspended. Yet I had talked to him the Friday and he was on route to Toronto because he boss needed him to pick something up. Monday for sure. The story goes on to the point I was asked to send an email money transfer of 1000 to secure the deal. I of course refused. Did some research of my own and found out this rep no longer worked there. The scariest part. The GM didnt care what I was telling him. How is this possible. I came to your dealership to get a car and do a trade. You subjected me to this sales rep to start with. No concern or empathy for what I have been dragged through for 3 months. Wow. This is the most appalling situation I have ever been through. The best part of this story. The urgency was my friend needed released from my trade lein to get a mortgage on her first house. Due to the wait. She lost out on a couple house deals. Without concern of these people. No URGENCY or compassion. I use to deal with this company on springbank and Regan was amazing. Now I have nothing nice to say. I will be making a formal complaint with the BBB. Possibly legal as well. However I will say go to Garston motors in cambridge. Amazing company

Came into the dealership with skepticism ....which was quickly put aside and trusted quite quickly with the initial atmosphere. Rebecca was efficient and super friendly. Sam had everything in motion with pure professionalism and confidence. I am supremely over the moon with my new 2014 Dodge Charger! Thanks to these folks, I can start building my credit.
