I meet Boris through my brotehr who suggested we see him about the new car. I went to see other manufacturers but their cars did not drive as good as Honda and their sales staff were not as close as knowledgeable and accommodating and easy to deal with as Boris. I ended up buying a new Honda Civic EX and I love it. Thank You Boris and Nadine for helping me with my decision and I would recommend Henley Honda and Boris to anyone who is serious about getting a new or used car.

Just picked up another vehicle from the dealership yesterday. My Husband and I have now leased three different vehicles from Henley Honda. I just wanted thank Dawson again for another great car purchasing experience. I highly recommend the dealership to everyone, all the sales reps are great , but we give Dawson our rep a 10 out of 10 for his effort in always making sure the process is simple quick and well organized. You know we will be back Dawson Thanks !!!!!!!

Just picked up another vehicle from the dealership yesterday. My husband and I have now leased three different vehicles from Henley Honda. Purchasing a new car can be either be a very good experience or a very bad experience. Let me tell you my story. This year I will be turning 30 and I figured it would be the perfect opportunity to get something nice for myself. After a few long nights researching the perfect place to purchase my new vehicle, I came across Henley Honda. With 159 reviews and average rating of 5 starts I have decided to go in and see what all the fuss was about. Omar approached me swiftly as I entered the building and welcomed me with a big smile and a firm handshake. I was intimidated because I have never purchased a new vehicle before, this was a big step for me. Omar was very helpful in clearing up all of my questions. He made me feel right at home. Omar even took me around the whole building and introduced me to all the managers in all the different departments. This was customer service at a whole new level. I then realized, this is why Henley Honda has such a good rating. I took a star off because when it got down to the financial agreement, it was a swift turn around. The associate was very aggressive selling the extended warranty coverage. The associate had made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt like I was obligated to purchase the warranty. I purchased the guard not because I wanted to but I felt like I needed to. Overall my experience was amazing. If your looking for a Honda and looking for the best possible customer service that you can get, talk to Omar and tell him I sent you ;)

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Joe Ferguson at Henley Honda. The customer service I received from Joe was beyond my expectations. He was great in helping me comparison shop between two models, eventually deciding on the 2015 Civic. Upon delivery, Joe went over the features of my new car with a fine tooth comb, right down to linking my phone with the in-car system. Martha, in the finance department, was equally as efficient and thorough when it came to going through all the paperwork. (My daughter thanks you, Martha, for the Starburst Joe followed up with me a few days later to see how everything was going and if I had any questions. I did and his immediate reply to me was much appreciated. My experience with Joe and the overall team at Henley Honda was fantastic. They treat you more like family then a customer! I loved the treatment i received from the staff at Henley Honda. They are all so nice and informative. They treat you like you're a friend and not just someone to make money off of. I just picked up my Honda Civic today and i love it. Shae and Nadine were absolutely amazing to deal with, This is my first car and they made it such an enjoyable experience. I encourage everyone who is looking to buy a car to check out Henley Honda first and ask for Shae! You won't be disappointed, i couldn't be happier with my decision. THANK YOU HENLEY HONDA !
