I went looking for a new car after my old 1990 Honda Accord died about 3 weeks ago. I ended up going into Henley Honda to see the Honda Civic EX. When i got to Henley i meet Omar, Omar was awesome from start to finish. Omar was very patient with me and answered every question or concern that i had he was very professional going over every feature. Omar helped make the process of buying my first brand new car very pleasant. After i finished with Omar i got the chance to meet Nadine. Nadine works in the financial department at Henley. Nadine was very helpful while dealing with the finances. She went through all the options and explained everything even with all the questions that i had. Nadine made the whole process very simple, she was easily contactable to ask questions. When i was setting up my insurance they even called Nadine and i had no issues with anything. Omar and Nadine made the experience of buying a new car very painless and enjoyable. Im glad that i had the chance to go to Henley Honda and deal with Omar and Nadine. Go to Henley and ask for Omar.

This was our first time at Henley Honda. We LOVED our experience, very impressive! We were treated like family there. We like that! A lot! By EVERY smiling employee we encountered too! What a relaxing atmosphere while we waited for service work on my son's car. While we lounged, sipping complimentary coffee, watching the t.v., thumbing through magazines. We were having a much needed "time out", and enjoying it! We delightfully experienced last minute, friendly, prompt, service by ALL the staff at the drive-thru…to start with... We were so impressed with the quality/safety features of Honda vehicles, that we have bought a new car from them! ….We have never owned a Honda before, and we had been thinking about it. One of their wonderful, very friendly salespeople "Jack", gladly helped us through this process and informed us on EVERY little detail about the car we were interested in, he knew the car inside and out, and took us for an awesome test drive! He was really great! He was very informative! Very fun! Lastly, "Nadine", in the finance department was very friendly and thorough as well. She really considered what our personal needs were, which we appreciated. Everyone stayed beyond closing time to accommodate us, without rushing us while we were making important decisions about our purchase, which we appreciated! And MUCH thanks to "Tom", who, with great effort produced for us THE EXACT vehicle we requested, the colour, make, etc! We are ecstatic! We really can't wait to get the car!! We are happily, their new lifetime customers! Henley Honda deserves a "Five star" rating!!

I recently purchased an accord from Henley Honda. The sales agents name was Jacek. He was amazing to deal with super friendly and accomodating. My car is soooo nice. I am very pleased with my purchase and I am looking forward to dealing with them in the future!!!!!

I walked into Henley Honda on a weeknight, and I was quickly greeted by Boris. He was welcoming and easy to talk to right from the start. I told him I was looking to replace my 2013 Civic EX with a brand new one and Boris quickly offered to take me out on a dynamic test drive. He illustrated the safety and performance features of the vehicle, and also showed me around the new tech upgrades on the 2015 model (he also stayed well past closing to answer all of my questions)... Throughout the entire process Boris was helpful and made himself available to answer my questions and provide information on the vehicle. Boris was great to work with! His down-to-earth demeanor and professionalism made this a great experience! Thanks Boris!
