I loved the treatment i received from the staff at Henley Honda. They are all so nice and informative. They treat you like you're a friend and not just someone to make money off of. I just picked up my Honda Civic today and i love it. Shae and Nadine were absolutely amazing to deal with, This is my first car and they made it such an enjoyable experience. I encourage everyone who is looking to buy a car to check out Henley Honda first and ask for Shae! You won't be disappointed, i couldn't be happier with my decision. THANK YOU HENLEY HONDA !

Our Honda CRV arrived while we were away in Florida. Erin kept us updated via e-mail and as soon as we got home we called him to set up an appointment to pick up the car. We have always driven a regular sedan and the CRV is a new experience for us. Erin gave us as much time as we needed to explain all the bells and whistles. Needless to say, almost as soon as we left the parking lot I wanted to turn around and pick Erin up and take him home with us. We are still experiencing a learning curve but I love the backup camera and the right lane camera. Erin was especially professional and friendly to deal with. The whole team at Henley went out of their way to make us comfortable during this process. I would recommend this location for anyone thinking of purchasing a Honda.

Outstanding customer experience! I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Si from Henley Honda. From my initial visit, I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the appealing layout of the dealership. Sales agent, Omar Ahmed, was top notch! Friendly, knowledgeable and genuine, Omar provided fair trade in value for my existing car and we were able to negotiate a new car deal that I was pleased with without hassle. Upon taking delivery of my new car, Omar went above and beyond to ensure my car was pristine. He took the time to go over all of the car’s features with me and ensured I was comfortable in my vehicle. He answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of the dealership, including the bays, so I would know where my ‘baby’ would be going for servicing. A special thanks to Nadine for her thoroughness with the financing and Dawson for his friendly conversation and great car tips. I am so happy I chose to become a part of the Henley Honda Family and recommend this dealership highly. Omar, thanks again for a fabulous purchasing experience!

I walked into Henley Honda and reconnected with an old friend Erin Sammy. I was driving a 2002 Honda Civic with nearly 300,000 km. It still ran well, but I was looking to replace so naturally I went to look at Honda's. Erin was very knowledgeable about and helpful and very patient with me, since I was nervous about taking the plunge with a new car since I had not had a car payment for a long time. All of the staff is incredible. I fell in love with the Fit and came back and bought it in a few days! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda! Cindy Willick

I went looking for a new car after my old 1990 Honda Accord died about 3 weeks ago. I ended up going into Henley Honda to see the Honda Civic EX. When i got to Henley i meet Omar, Omar was awesome from start to finish. Omar was very patient with me and answered every question or concern that i had he was very professional going over every feature. Omar helped make the process of buying my first brand new car very pleasant. After i finished with Omar i got the chance to meet Nadine. Nadine works in the financial department at Henley. Nadine was very helpful while dealing with the finances. She went through all the options and explained everything even with all the questions that i had. Nadine made the whole process very simple, she was easily contactable to ask questions. When i was setting up my insurance they even called Nadine and i had no issues with anything. Omar and Nadine made the experience of buying a new car very painless and enjoyable. Im glad that i had the chance to go to Henley Honda and deal with Omar and Nadine. Go to Henley and ask for Omar.
