Henley Honda

I walked into Henley Honda on a weeknight, and I was quickly greeted by Boris. He was welcoming and easy to talk to right from the start. I told him I was looking to replace my 2013 Civic EX with a brand new one and Boris quickly offered to take me out on a dynamic test drive. He illustrated the safety and performance features of the vehicle, and also showed me around the new tech upgrades on the 2015 model (he also stayed well past closing to answer all of my questions)... Throughout the entire process Boris was helpful and made himself available to answer my questions and provide information on the vehicle. Boris was great to work with! His down-to-earth demeanor and professionalism made this a great experience! Thanks Boris!

I had been shopping around online for about three months when I made my decision to go to Henley Honda. There were a number of aggressively priced used cars far from the Niagara region. The 2014 Civic that I wanted was available for much cheaper if I were to drive three hours to Peterborough. When I went into Henley Honda, I told them that I was hoping to stay local, but the $2500 price difference was worth the drive. Krish, Art and Nadine helped me find the exact car that I'd wanted right here in town at a price I was happy with. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I really didn't feel at ease around other dealers (including St Catharines Mazda right down the street) in the way that I did with Henley. I love my new car and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Just picked up my second car from Henley (third if you count a buddy of mine) and have to say it's a great place to get a car! Erin Sammy has treated me right every time in I walk in the doors and he works hard to get me the car that I want at a price that works for me! The rest of the staff at Henley are truly amazing and work as hard as Erin to ensure I'm satisfied. Some of the nicest people in the car business. If you need a new car give Erin a call at Henley and see what he can do for you!

This review has nothing to do with the Honda product itself. Everyone knows Honda's are fabulous vehicles. Disliked the test drive with Joe. He will non-stop feed you all the vehicle performance information followed by a speedway race on the QEW service road at 100 clicks with a set destination to slam on the brakes so you can see how superbly the car reacts. Hopefully you don't have a pre-existing neck condition! Just a ridiculous and unprofessional way to try selling a car! The trade in quote for my vehicle was insulting. So far below quotes provided by Ford, Nissan and ultimately Performance Toyota where I joyfully purchased my new Camry for a trade amount 3x higher then Honda offered me. Joe said their purchaser works very hard all day on on-line auctions to buy and sell and is lucky if he secures one deal per day. Now I know why....

I brought the whole family to test drive the Honda Accord. We worked with Boris Cvijeticanin who was an excellent sales consultant. Boris is very knowledgeable about the car and was very detailed in showing the capabilities of the Accord. It was an enjoyable experience all around. Thank you.
