I had a winter tire swap plus an oil change. Also requested a brake inspection. All services were completed in a reasonable amount of time, and upcoming necessary repairs were pointed out to me verbally and on the invoice.

Trevor educated me on the nature of the service so that I could make an informed decision and my car was ready precisely when promised. I was totally satisfied with Trevor's considerate nature and the whole service experience beginning with the pleasant receptionist.

Dale was lovely to interact with. He made a point of checking for any recalls and was truthful that the service would take about 2 to 2.5 hours. He also let me know when he was leaving and who would take over my account after he was gone.

New tires, 160,000 mile tune up/spark plugs and rear brakes. Dealt with Trevor in Service, everything thing was taken care of perfectly! Drop Off and Pick Up Gary C works on my car with 100% perfection. Car drove better than ever
