When I called to book my car in the woman took the time to explain the deals for changing and storing my tires. She looked back on what I had done in the past and also set up for my paint inspection. The day I arrived I was seen right away. They were very polite and explained what was been done. When my car was ready they took the time to explain the balancing and work completed. Great team!

I purchased new snow tires from Trevor and he was great in suggesting the perfect tires for my vehicle. I only deal with Honda because of the Great service i have received in the past.

I'm taking my 1997 Acura NSX now to Brantford Honda for basic maintenance. I find the staff very friendly, prices fantastic (compared to Acura dealership in Kitchener) and I get a feeling/vibe that they are really concerned about their customers. The higher ups should be very proud of the staff working for them. I know it's tough finding and keeping good ones but you guys seem to have great staff.
