Bought my 2009 Dodge Journey in January, since taking ownership of the car i have had nothing but issues: -radio wouldn't play CD's or AM/FM radio (1 day after getting car, fixed through Honda) -sun roof leaked -rear hatch wouldn't open -key fob split in half -wheel bearing had to be replaced -radio wouldn't play CD's again(with Hondas' help it was fixed) - had to replace 2 tires -tie rod needs to be replaced -radio wont play sound -brakes need to be replaced - the car wont start randomly -rear licence plate started falling off car - battery needs to be replaced (according to carrier automotive) I'm not saying that things don't need to be replaced as you own a car. But, all these issues within a year of owning the car? i don't think so. I've had less issues with a $500 car then what I'm dealing with now. I had contacted Brantford Honda about my issues and the salesman i dealt with (Brandon) called me back and stated that " i should have bought a Honda" and that he could give me a good deal on a trade in. Are you kidding me? why would i ever want to agree with that? after this car i wouldn't imagine buying another car from Honda and if you want your car to last longer then a year, i wouldn't suggest buying from there either. I regret buying my car from Honda

First scheduled maintenance service on my 2016 civic coupe. Oil change and scheduled maintenance as required. Wait time was not too long.

A very welcoming dealership to visit. I felt very comfortable dealing with the salesperson Chris Mercer. I am very happy with my new car purchase. As this was my first Honda purchase, it won't be my last. The new car clinic was a great way to see the Dealership and to become oriented on where to go. 10 Stars to Brantford Honda Staff. Bought a 2012 Honda CRV form Brantford Honda, and am really enjoying it. Was able to access the salesperson without hassle, and was even able to get additional features added to my vehicle to make my move to Northern Ontario as smooth as possible.

As always the service was great. Since 2008 I have been impressed by Brantford Honda. It does not matter who you deal with all employees are freindly and helpful.

Very prompt and friendly. Listened to what I wanted done. Adam was very helpful. Answered my questions and concerns. Driver was very quick and picking me up once my car was done which I appreciated so I didn't have to sit.

Adam was courteous and specific about the needs of my car. He arranged transportation to my home and ensured I had a ride back. The work was able to be done on a Saturday, so I didn't have to juggle my work time.
