The gentleman we dealt with Hass was great! He answered all our questions. He worked really hard to find us a good car in our budget, one thing Hass said to us after all was said and done is that we could call him anytime, he was not a guy that just sold a car and walked away. Sam quickly got me into a car I wanted, that otherwise I would never have thought possible. Offered lots of alternatives, but listened to what I wanted. Pleasant and prompt service! Would definitely use again.

Nick was a rock star! He found a solution to my nearly impossible situation and managed to get my existing two vehicles paid off and get me into the Caravan I had been wanting for 3 years! No matter your situation these guys can figure it out! This is the second car they sold me and they are exactly what we wanted with no compromises or headaches.

Sorry for the delayed review but better late than never. I Submitted my application online a few weeks back and Hass gave me a call with in 15 mins of applying, and he invited me in to visit the dealership to discus my wants, needs and options. We ended up making a deal and I love my Ford Edge, Empire went above and beyond, they delivered the vehicle right to my door almost 2 hours away, and made the process simple and easy. So this is a bit of a delayed review as life has been crazy however I would just like to say , Toufic and the team at empire auto east were amazing! A few weeks ago we went to the team at empire auto east to see what are options were for a new vehicle. Toufic made to sure to find us the vehicle we wanted and at a price that we could afford. He was able to give us top of the line bumper to bumper warrenty's and a great trade in value ! This is not the first time we have gone to toufic and empire auto and it will not be the last! Could not be happier with the 3nd result! Thank you toufic and Joe for the great experience !
