Quick and easy

Had a small problem with the dash display that seemed to have corrected itself. They were happy to take a look at the truck anyway and provided a software update. I was booked in the day I called and was informed promptly as to when the truck was ready. Great service as usual!!!

Regardless of me knowing what I wanted, Craig and the team, with their friendly approach made it easy for me to got through the process. They advised me about some extra benefits and discounts I got by buying at their location, I already had bought the vehicule, so it was nice of them to be straight forward, definitively creating a trust that will be taken in consideration while buying my next car!

Running Light Repair

I discovered I had a running light that was burnt in my Jeep so I stopped in at the service desk to make an appointment to have it replaced. Darryl offered to take a look at it and then suggested that they could have it done immediately. I really appreciated the quick service as this saved me from making another trip in for service. Darryl also checked to see whether the replacement was covered by warranty,which again was much appreciated. Ken Hawrelak

Service was good,However the day prior to service I stopped in for air since all tires were low. After getting out of car inside garage i did not feel welcomed almost as if I was putting the advisor out. by being there. Advisor sat behind his desk and only greeted me after I stood in front of him for a few minutes. would it hurt to smile! can't remember the name but it was the West door #1 closest to sales office. around 11 am. Regards.
