I am very unhappy with the way they leave your vehichle this was the fourth time I have come to pick up my van and it was left dirty,I have had nothing but issues with this can, transmission clinking all the time, breaks do not last ( had 2 sets of rotors and break pads put on it, ). Heat works when it wants to, this is the first Dodge I have ever owned and will be the last.

This for my 2003 Dodge Caravan. Body work always costs more than I expect but it was a great job. The brake work and shocks that were necessary because of the safety check were a bit unexpected as I had the shocks replaced earlier this year and they were fixed under a warranty on the parts. Good solid job as usual. Bob

changed oil, balanced tire air pressure, advised on inspection for brake squealing. Gave me a ride to my doctor's appointment, complete inspection while I was gone. Advised lots of brake left, noise was probably corrosion. Also rotated tires. Noise has almost completely disappeared now. Very good service, very good people.

My expectation is that brake work on a car with 17 000 clicks only on it should come with an explanation. Used my brake guy instead because this did not inspire confidence. Other than that, great service, thanks.

$2,000 engine job. Car is running better than ever! Even though Darryl warned us that that close to Christmas it might not get done, it was finished and my son had it to drive back to Kingston on Boxing day. Darryl kept in contact by phone too so we knew what was happening. Excellent service!

I felt that Jerry respected me as a customer. He listened to what I wanted, ie options on the vehicle and price. He very quickly provided me with a list of vehicles that met or came close to my wish list. He explained all the options and extras I could purchase and showed me the math. He made buying a vehicle easy and stress free, what it should be. When dealing with Mike, I believe he's the finance manager, I did not appreciate him questioning why I was paying cash for my vehicle instead of putting my money against other personal debt. He was surprised that I was paying for the vehicle outright and asked if i had a mortgage then asked if I didn't want to consider putting my money against it instead of the vehicle. Frankly, I think it's none of his business to ask a customer how or why they are purchasing a certain way. I inherited some money, it was my money and the Jeep is my vehicle. I left that meeting feeling that he, a man, was second guessing my decision, that of a woman, based solely on gender. I was not impressed.
