Great customer service and timely service for the auto service.

All of my questions were answered and I was taken care of immediately. Dwayne called me as he said he would to let me know what the tests showed needed to be done and gave a complete breakdown of the pricing. I got a courtesy ride home which was prompt and friendly. The car was done on time. Unfortunately, the courtesy ride back did not work out. I waited over 1 hr then called to find out where the driver was. The receptionist was not able to reach him on his cell so she stated he was probably driving and I was the next customer to be picked up. I waited another 30 minutes then just took the bus as I had things to do. Other than that my experience was great and I would definitely recommend Oxford Dodge to friends and family for service.

I needed to get some work done due to a recall. Service was great. Years ago when I moved to London I was referred to Oxford Dodge years ago by my old service manager from another dealership and he was right... once again.

I haven't booked an appointment and when I arrived there early in the morning, Dwayne did his best to help me, to explain me the service and to get the things done. I am very satisfied with the service and the customer service. Thank you very much!

My daughter was stressed about having to replace her brakes. Darryl, the service manager advised us that the rotors were warped slightly due to potential heavy braking habits. There were a lot of pad left on the brakes and reassured us the brakes will vibrate slightly at high speeds but no need to replace them for a few more months. We appreciate your honest opinion.

Miscommunication

As soon as I got there the service advisor seemed distracted and not very willing to help me. Seemed like I was an inconvenience. We had brought our patriot in to get a marker light replaced. When we picked the vehicle up there was still moisture in the light and it still looked like the old light. I also asked the advisor to get the change oil light reset since it wasn't done a month ago when it had an oil change. Our vehicle was suppose to be done for 10:00 am and the advisor said that she would call us when the work was completed. I called at 1:00 to find out if the vehicle was done and again the advisor was rude . She said I told you it was going to be done for 10:00. I then said to her that she told us that she was going to call when the work was complete
