Dealing with SMP was very good, I was given a loaner vehicle to use while they were detailing my 2019 Nissan Murano, which I absolutely love. Their is an administration fee associated with each sale and I wasn’t made aware of that until I was with finance finalizing the payment. In spite of that, I will still recommend SMP Thank you

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, we had an excellent salesperson who ensured the whole deal went down without issues and did her best to work with us. Overall, smooth, fast transaction. Dealership was a little crowded and could use more space, especially in times like these but overall I recommend checking out their inventory and not being hesitant to buy from there if they have what you’re looking for. Thank you.

Gee, were do I start. Went in just to look and Dan sold me another truck. Great guy to deal with. Kelly went through things with me and understood that I know nothing about computer skills lol. Thanks for understanding. Dans assistant Autumn is a well nolagable gal. Easy to talk with. Great bunch of people working at SMP. Can wait to visit Rebecca is service. Just for a check up of course.😁

Agreed on a trade in value and purchase price/ monthly payment. When I returned a couple days later to finalize the sale and pick up a new vehicle I was told that the numbers have changed and my monthly payments will be higher by roughly 15%. Spent the next 3ish hours getting the runaround. Eventually settled on a higher payment than I was expecting. If my lease wasn’t ending soon I would have just walked away out of principal. Also asked me to leave a review a handful of times specifically mentioning that it should be positive. All things considered it was a typical dealership experience.
