Henley Honda

After 14 years with the same reliable Mazda car, it was time to put "Old Faithful"out to pasture & shop for a new car. Imagine our surprise when, after owning four Mazda's (over a 26 year period), we came home to Stoney Creek from St. Catherines with a new Honda! Now, after 5 months into our purchase, can't say enough good things about both our "new baby" & our new dealership. Not only was it was love at first sight / /"dynamic" test drive in the AWD CRV, but we'd be the first to admit that the courteous & knowledgeable sales rep. (Erin Sammy) actually helped to make such an important purchase both painless & enjoyable. In fact, we got the same pleasant & professional treatment from all Henley Honda staff that looked after us that day. Is it any wonder that we have high praise for this company? To borrow a familiar (to us) phrase, we definitely think it's worth the drive to St. Catherines & Henley Honda!

In July I was suddenly without a car and desperately in need of a new one. After reading many reviews I headed out to Henley Honda. I couldn't be happier with the experience that I had there! Joe Ferguson was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Honda line of cars. He answered all my questions (and then some!!), introduced me to the whole Henley Team and helped get me into my new Civic very quickly. I truly can't say enough good things about my experience and the staff at Henley! I would highly recommend Joe Ferguson and the Henley Honda team if you are looking for a new car!

Picked up my 2015 honda fit today. What a great smaller car it is. 127 km and averaging 5.4 l/100k. Enough about the car. If you go to Henley Honda ask for the salesperson Boris. You wont meet a more friendly and knowledgeable sales guy than Boris Cvijeticanin. He went the extra mile to help me with my car and took all my kidding in good stride. He (Boris) is the BEST car sales person I have ever dealt with. Thanks again Boris and thank you Honda for the great little Honda Fit.

Erin and the rest of the team at Henley Honda were great to work with once again! I looked at different brands but in the end Honda was still the way to go. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them.

Boris was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so knowledgeable and really helped make my car shopping experience a fun one! I can't wait to go back for all my car needs. More salesmen and woman need to be like him! If you need a car go see Boris, you'll be happy you did!

I needed a civic and I needed it fast. Daniel my sales representative was quick to realize this and did everything he could to both qualify me, educate me, and then put me in front of the sales manager. The employees at this dealership really work well as a team. When I came to pick the car a few days later, everything was in order, all the paperwork was done, the office manager was waiting for us and we were in and out in no time. Just wanted to say thanks for doing such a great job and realizing that much of ones purchase decision is now made at home while self educating on the web and that a person my age has purchased many cars in my lifetime so spending lots of time at dealerships was and is not necessary. Great deal on the car also ! Thank you Jamie
