Very positive experience with Erin Sammy as our sales rep. No pressure sale and patiently went on several test drives. Knowledgeable about the product and just helped it sell itself. Great winter tire advice and pricing with free storage - can't beat that. Everyone was helpful and courteous especially Sandra with the financing.

In November 2014 my husband and I went to Henley to register for safety checks as we were new residents to Ontario. We were very happy with the staff and I ended up buying a new car that very day. Since then we have had nothing but great service with Art and Shamil going the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied customers. My husband bought a new car yesterday due to Art's diligence at letting us know that an S2000 had come into the showroom. We had been looking for one for months. We are always happy to visit to Henley as everyone is so very friendly.

I needed to get some work done on my Fit; one of the pistons was misfiring. Omar met me at the door and made sure I was taken care of. It's the little things that made my experience great, and the price for service wasn't bad, either. Omar took the time to explain what the problem was, and what they had done to fix it. He even put my yoghurt in the fridge while I was waiting because I had just gone grocery shopping. 3 months later and the car hasn't had any problems - these guys know what they're doing.

My number one dream in my entire life was to own my very own car. For years I have been imagining myself driving a sports car of any sort. I would make car sounds, imagine myself on the track racing in my own car that I built with my bare hands and just being able to go anywhere and everywhere in my car. Well that dream recently became a reality I came upon Henley Honda when I told my best friend that I was ready to buy a car, new or used. I was looking into used vehicles but she had said that she could get me in touch with someone she knew who works for Honda and get me a great deal. My family has owned 1 car since the early 2000s and its a 1999 Honda Accord which we bought from a family member. It has about 360000 kms on it and it still runs like its brand new, so my trust in Honda has been very high from the start. She got me in contact with Omar and had decided to meet. Right away I was greeted with a HUGE smile and a calming attitude. I was blown away from the start. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted it for and he said no problem. He crunched some numbers together and gave me an amazing deal. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Omar was there to answer them. When time came to finalize the deal, I was put in contact with Martha who was a breath of fresh air and a delight to talk to on the phone. She was amazing when it came to setting up the delivery and also gave me a few suggestions on the vehicle that will definitely lengthen the life span of my first car. Truly, this has been an amazing experience and I am very excited to be getting my first car from people who care about my dream as much as I do. Thank you very much Henley Honda for making my dream become a reality!
