Henley Honda

I've been to dozens of car dealerships over the last 10 years, and this was the first time I was completely blown away by the service I received. Our salesperson was Joe Ferguson and he sold us, not only on the car, but on the dealership too, which is why we ultimately decided right then and there to buy our car from Henley Honda. First, Joe took us around the car, explaining each feature of it in detail (technical, safety, comfort). Next, we went on a road trip and experienced the vehicle's handling on various road surfaces where he further explained the additional handling safety features (traction control, braking, economy). This process took well over an hour and a half so by the time we were done we knew exactly what were buying. I think it helped a lot that Joe himself owned the car we were test driving. When we got back to the dealership, we were given a tour of it. Joe showed us around and explained where we'd go to service the vehicle, who we'd talk to, what we should do if a light bulb burns out or if the wiper blades need replacement or if there was a more major issue. I was also very impressed with the shop fees. I thought they were very reasonable and that they're not gouging the customer like I've experienced in the past with other dealerships. Because of Joe's professionalism and knowledge of the vehicle and the "customer first" feeling that I got from the dealership, not only when I bought the car in June, but on the few occasions I've returned the last few months I'd highly recommend him for your next vehicle purchase. We knew it was the right choice for us then and four months later still believe so.

I walked in at 5:00pm on a Saturday not realizing they closed at 5:30, sat down Erin who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel rushed, we even went out for a test drive. I bought the car based on the amazing reception and salesmanship I received from Erin. I've had an opportunity to interact with other staff and everybody at Henley is so friendly. I would recommend Henley Honda to anyone shopping for a car without hesitation. Thank you for a great experience!

I bought the car based on the amazing reception and salesmanship I received from Erin. I've had an opportunity to interact with other staff and everybody at Henley is so friendly. I met Omar through my volunteering community and was aware that he was a successful car sales man working at Henley Honda, so when my best friend from Milton, Ontario was looking into buying a SI Civic I suggested that we make the trip to see Omar. After our meeting all of my friend's questions were answered and his doubts of investing into the car had been eliminated. Omar and the Henley Honda team were very helpful by taking the extra time and going the extra mile to give the best deal while not making my friend feel pressured to purchase which made the experience that much more enjoyable.. nevertheless when I start looking into buying my first car I know where i will be going! Joe is Fantastic! There's no limits to his knowledge and willingness to find the BEST car suited for ones needs. We walked in with one car in mind and quickly realized after an amazing, educational, and FUN test drive that what we thought was the perfect car was actually not the one that best suited us! I would highly recommend Henley Honda to anyone even "thinking" about purchasing a new vehicle, you'll know why I say this by the time you walk onto the property. Amazing staff, from reception, sales, parts an service, and of course the wonderful gentleman who helped me make sure this car is perfectly warrantied for well, this gal & her sister! TWO Thumbs WAY up and I look forward to the next time!

We met with Boris when we needed to replace our car. Boris took care of us from the begining to the end. He really listened to what we need and how much we wanted to spend. We got the perfect car and for the price we were happy with. We were told to go see Boris from our friends who already bought a car for him and we agreed with all the good things they told us about him. We will recommend him to anyone looking for a Honda or any other brand - he had a bunch of other brands as well. Thank you Boris.
