I must say that this was the worst experience I have ever had in buying anything!! The dealership is being managed by some very unprofessional people that have no respect for their clients. I come from an industry that client experience is the number 1 goal and this location can care less. The first time I went in the rep took so long and at the end it wasn’t the car I was looking for so they told me to come back the next day because the car was at the compound. I asked the rep to please have the car ready for the next morning and all the paper work ready. The 2nd day I went in with my pregnant wife and the rep could not be found and the manager kept calling him but he had gone home and the car was still not available(this is after walking us outside to look for the car). The manager told me let’s make a deal and you will see the car when you sign the papers, I never heard of singing a deal without seeing the car! I walked out and decided to rethink my options. I got a text a week later to let me know they found a car similar to what I was looking with pictures and to come back. I went in the 3rd time and asked the dealer to please work out a deal and not to waste any more time as I been driving from Kanata to this dealership. The rep goes to his managers office to discuss price, in the meantime I am sitting on the chair waiting when I hear the sales manager making fun of me with another co-worker and telling him that I don’t know anything about cars and some other disrespectful words. so when the rep came out I told him thank you for his service and that I could hear everything his manager was saying. For the 3rd time I walked out and decided to write a complaint and encourage you NOT to buy anything from this dealership.

The sales rep was approachable and willing to negotiate in person by phone. She anwered e-mails promptly and explained things thoroughly. The business rep was competent, friendly, open and respectfull and willing to negotiate. I new at all times when and how it was best to contact him. I ma happy with my new car and the service. Will see about the after sale service later.

Absolutely terrible dealer. Had the misfortune of having the sales manager (Sayeed, I believe) crunch our numbers. He starts most of his sentences with "Don't take this the wrong way," so he tends to be quite offensive. He recently told my parents that he would not give them a better deal because he did not like their mindsets. They weren't fond of kia in general, whereas I was and I would be the one driving the car. Of course he was a nightmare to deal with, so we left and ended up getting a good deal at Donnelly without getting talked down to. Right now, there are 3 kia dealers in Ottawa; I would suggest going to the other 2 and then this one only as a last resort.
