Absolutely worst dealer ever!! Do not ever trust them. Everything they tell you will be a lie in the end. They have promised me regarding to the discount, rebate, and availability of Kia Optima on my first visit, then they denied all that on my sencond visit. Even the sale rep was very rude and impatient. He was playing with his cellphone when I was talking to him. Do not go there to buy your future vehicle.

I wanted a new 4 door and hatchback car because we have a new baby and needed more trunk space. I had no preferred car and decided to consider every car that met our list of requirements. I went to over 12 dealerships in the Ottawa-Gatineau area and met with about 20 sales consultants. I had an unpleasant or neutral experience with all of them, except for one guy at Bank Street Hyundai and the sales team at Bank Street KIA (Elie, Sayid, and Ralph). These later ones were excellent: they answered all my questions - and I had many - without rushing, they treated me with respect, and they made sure to propose me a car that met all my requirements. I met with them multiple times and they always immediately took time for me. They highly value customer satisfaction and that is important to me. I also considered every car in the KIA Forte 5 EX category from the Hyundai Elantra GT GL to the hybrid Toyota Prius through the Ford Focus. In the end, the KIA easily stood out as the best car and for not expensive. It had lots of options - more than most other cars - and it looked better than the other cars. It also had a 5 year warranty on everything, while most other cars had only 3 years. KIA also had the 5 years road assistance for free while the others had 3 years at most to the best of my memory. I was not planning to buy this car for another few months, but they offered me a deal/price that I could not refuse. Not only was the car not expensive from the start, I got an even better price from them. The negotiations were excellent and very pleasant. They actually gave me advice and how to ask for and get a lower price. What I learned during the negotiations will no doubt be helpful to me in the future. I totally recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a new car.

Our experience with Bank Street Kia has been awesome. We purchased a 2013 Soul U2 on a Wednesday, signed the documents on the Thursday evening and picked up our vehicle the same night. Krystof and Frank were very thorough, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I also own a 2008 Kia Rio, which I purchased at Kia in Kanata, I wasn't pleased with the service so I switched the servicing of my vehicle to Kia Bank Street in 2009; the service has been excellent. Just one of the many reasons why we wanted to keep our business at Kia Bank Street. Krystof and Frank have continued to demonstrate what true service is all about. We are giving the best rating as every time we attended Bank Street Kia, the customer service was excellent. When we enter the Kia building, the staff is courteous and attentive to our presence. The 3 representatives which whom we worked with were more than cordial, attending to our every needs with distinction. All our questions were answered promptly. We felt there worked for us, recommending the best options for our budget.
