We had the absolute best experience buying a car at White Rock Dodge. We purchased from them while living in the Okanagan and Christine was amazing with sending us video walk throughs, photos, and answering all questions. The dealership even stayed open late for us so we could come pick up the car. Couldn’t recommend the dealership and Christine enough!!

Super disappointed in my experience at service today. I brought my Dodge Ram in for what should have been a warranty repair. It’s well known that the exhaust manifolds is a common issue and should actually be a recall. I apparently booked an appt on Nov 16 and my warranty expired Nov 15. Would not cover the repairs. When I asked previously to that about warranty they told me that they could tell me when I came in. I thought I had 5 years and not only 3. After spending $70,000 for a vehicle I would expect more from Dodge. This is not something I should be paying for. Advice is Do Not buy a Dodge as they don’t stand behind their vehicles and do not go to White Rock Dodge for service. They also wanted to charge me $260 for an oil change. Needless to say I found multiple places at a much cheaper rate. Including other dodge dealerships.

Very happy with the service. Purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 with extended warranty and brought the truck in twice now and both times job were completed with no surprises and corrected the problem. Mechanic went the extra mile in finding another issue on my first visit which was repaired and my second visit.

Do not buy a vehicle here or use their service department or you will never get peace again! I went there several years ago for some recall work and now I get unsolicited texts and calls despite atleast a dozen assurances that I am removed from their system. My advice is if you have to deal with this shady dealership do not give them your correct phone number so you can avoid getting harassed.By the way...after the recall work I had major oil leak issues that did not exist prior to bringing my car there. Luckily I use a real mechanic unlike White Rock Dodge and he fixed the issues properly. *** I do not have faith in the reply to my review as I was told countless times over the years that my information would be removed from the database! However the texts and calls still occur. White Rock Dodge's "database" is obviously broken. Save yourself the grief and money by going to a different dealership for your vehicle and vehicle needs. I only gave my number to book a recall appointment but now they feel that they have a right to abuse my phone number. Also avoid providing an email too because WRD uses every format to stalk you.
