This has been the most frustrating and disheartening car buying experience for our young family. We were originally very hopeful at the start of our car buying experience, and our sales guy and other staff were pleasant and professional. We found a vehicle that we wanted to buy and the agreement of our purchase was that the dealership would take care of the brakes, and we would get the rotors taken care of by a mechanic friend, and be reimbursed for said rotors. This is where everything fell apart. The day after taking home the vehicle after being rushed to purchase said vehicle, we brought it to our mechanic friend to get the rotors done. Upon putting new rotors in the car, our mechanic noticed that the brakes were indeed NOT done, and they were sitting at a whopping 5%. The day prior, we explicitly asked our sales guy if the brakes were getting done, and he told us yes, it was being taken care of. Our mechanic went on with fixing the rotors and now the front brakes included - which added an extra upfront cost we were not prepared for. After the car was fixed, we sent the invoice to the dealership for our reimbursement as per our agreement (which now included the brakes, as the dealership lied about fixing them), and were quickly told that the invoice was invalid and was asked to provide more information. Due to the fact that we paid our mechanic cash, they were not accepting the invoice. Eventually, we were told that we would be receiving our cheque Nov.11th (last weekend), that was also not true. We drove to the dealership at the end of the day and were told that the cheque was not ready yet, but would be ready by latest Friday (Nov.17th). We waited to hear from them until 30 minutes before they closed at 8 pm, and then my husband drove out there again to pick up the cheque. Unsurprisingly, the mystery cheque was not available still. Now we are being told that Monday (Nov. 20th), is the day we are going to be getting our cheque. At this point, we are uncertain if we will ever be given the money we are supposed to be reimbursed. We are appalled by how this business is being run. We have been lied to, disrespected, and have been given little to no communication. This has been a very unfortunate experience for us, because we do enjoy the vehicle we bought. However, not at the cost of being lied to, being sold an unsafe vehicle for our 1.5 year old, having surprise costs thrown at us, and what feels like zero effort to rectify any of this. We would not recommend going through this dealership for any of our family and friends, because it is not worth the headache. Buyers beware.

The sales manager has no idea what he is talking about. I went in to buy a jeep gladiator rubicon and he tried to tell me that the MSRP is 96k. I went to Langley Chrysler and purchased one for 82k. Do your research before trusting what they say.
