Came to test drive a new Jeep Wrangler. Salesman photocopied my drivers license and took down my phone number. I was not interested after the test drive. I told them that I do not want to be contacted by phone as that is my work number. They keep calling me and they won't stop. 23 calls so far and multiple text messages. I call this harassment. I have asked them multiple times to remove me from their list and they say ok but they never do. I will never do business with them. Very unprofessional.

I wish I could rate zero. Complete scam. Horrible people and horrible business to deal with. They seem to have no souls or morals. The wors and most disgusting experience I've ever had with ANY business in my life. I would not recommend them to my enemy.

absolutely amazing customer service..i had a completely clear and thorough explanation of everything in my deal and they made a deal that i wanted work when other dealerships said no or tried selling me a vehicle i didnt like...i left white rock dodge with the exact truck i wanted .im beyond happy...thankyou amber at whiterock dodge you will forever have my business...i would recommend whiterock dodge to all my family and friends...10out of 10

Bought a Jeep from Trevor 3 months ago called to get LED lights that were promised in the deal and he informed me that he no longer works there. He then passed me to sales manager Cody who completely denied LED lights being part of the deal. Go read the forums, they are a bunch of crooks.

Honestly frustrated and upset with my experience with this dealership. I was told they went under new management and to give them another chance, which I did. I gave them my budget and what I wanted. Then instead of telling me it wasn't achievable, I was told the 2 door 2024 wranglers "haven't landed yet" (which they have, I've test drove some already) or that I had to "meet in the middle" budget wise. I have no "meet in the middle" as I have bills and other financial priorities. My budget is my budget for a reason, and they persisted, then told me they had a vehicle that met my budget. But this "budget" they met was an extra $180 a month OVER, and got me excited over nothing and wasted my time. This was when they finally admitted they couldn't meet my budget ever and that they understood "bills to pay" (clearly not). Wasted time, and I feel like I was treated like an idiot. Not giving this dealership the time of day again, new management or not. So frustrated with my experience. Don't come here if you don't have $100k to drop on a vehicle and mods.

I want to mention that I had a great experience buying a car at white rock dodge dealer , Eric the salesman was a great help , very good attitude and always make us feel comfortable with the decision, we had so many question and Eric had the answer to it , I'll 100% recommended thank you so much
