We were coming to the area from out of town when we were on the highway we felt something dragging under our car. We googled the first Honda closest to us! We were met at the service counter by a gentleman name Marco who was very helpful and quick to solve our problem. He and his colleague Tod quickly diagnosed and solved the problem and had us back on the road within half an hour! Thank you so much for the friendly and helpful service.

My mom bought her car from here a few years ago, no issues until recently where her car has been pulled over twice for her license plates not matching her car. Her car is currently impounded because of this, and the police said the issue has something to do with Henley Honda and not doing the paperwork properly, I’m not sure of the specifics but she has to pay twice the amount the car is worth to get it back. This is honestly crazy. The plates came with the car she bought from them, so obviously the issue is on their end. I feel so bad for my mom, it’s not even her fault but she has to deal with the consequences.

The service staff was really friendly and helpful when I arrived for a full service. Particularly kind was Vanessa😊😍 ! She is outstanding and provides excellent customer service. She actually took care of everything, and she is a woman of her words. They even offered me a shuttle service from pick-up to drop-off, which was incredibly nice of them. I'd certainly returning to Henley Honda for my future car repairs and maintenance.

We were met by Daniel Brown who was very friendly not pushy or aggressive. We told him we had never owned a Honda before and he sai that we would not be disappointed if we purchased one. So far Dan has been right. Dan took the time to go over our vehicle and should us most of the features it came with and told us not to hesitate to contact him if we ever had questions. Todd the finance person was also great. He took the time to answer our questions we had about the products they offered. He is very personable and down to earth. A pleasure to deal with both men.

I have nothing but the best to say about Dan, Joe & the Henley Honda Team. I prefer to buy privately but they made my first time dealership experience smooth and easy. Me being out of province, Joe and Dan were really transparent, knowledgable, made me feel comfortable buying my dream 🍊 car across the country, sight unseen. The vehicle is everything i could ask for, i am very pleased. I will not hesitate to buy again from Henley Honda! I have requested them to start the hunt on my next 🍊🧡. Purchased my first Honda this year elsewhere but contacted this location to purchase & install new winter tires. Pat was amazing and assisted me with the purchase of the tires. The Service Department needs organizing unfortunately. Luke was extremely pleasant and booked me in for Dec 6th @ 8AM. I called today to confirm my appointment and was met by a terse fella saying I missed my "Dec 1st appointment" and they only have Dec 19th (two weeks later). I later checked the paper I wrote down my appointment on and it was indeed Dec 6th. I called back Honda and spoke with James he was honest about staffing shortages and assured me we had sooner than Dec 19th and booked me in for the 14th. Not a great first impression - lots of chaos to book a simple tire switch appointment and to be lied to and blamed for their booking error leaves a distaste. Update: Vanessa in the service department is amazing as well as the attendant managing the stream of service vehicles even our shuttle driver was extremely kind. Regardless of the booking process the service & friendliness in the shop is of a high caliber. They were even able to get me in sooner due to a scheduling conflict on my end.
