I came in for an oil change and found the service staff to be very kind. Vanessa especially was very lovely!! It is great to have female staff to work with in a generally male-dominated industry, makes my experience much more comfortable!

I’ve purchased 2 cars from this dealership (one in 2015 and one in 2022) and had an amazing experience both times! Joe Ferguson is polite, professional and very knowledgable. He made some great recommendations but wasn’t pushy at all. After the purchase of the car, Joe reached out to us a few times to ensure that everything was going well with our new car. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience. Joe - thank you for everything you do and for helping us buy a car! :) I highly recommend Henley Honda & if you’re there, ask for Joe Ferguson! You’ll be in good hands! :)

I brought my Honda Ridgeline here in June-July 2022 with an issue of misfiring. They said carb was dirty and a spark plug was loosen. They cleaned up the parts and said to had fixed the issue. However as soon I drove it out it was immediately noticed that the problems weren't fixed. I drove back and they did another recheck and a drive test. The problem was still there after a $450 invoice and said that it's fixed. I brought the vehicle back after a few days and this time I was given a $8500+ quote with engine haul to catalytic converter replacement, etc. No written quote was provided and it seemed that they wanted me to back off after giving a price probably more than the value of the vehicle. Later I took it to a local mechanic who spent 10 minutes and fixed the issue for $20. The problem was a bad spark plug and that was the only problem. Since then it's driving with no misfiring at all. No doubt this dealership is a great place with great customer service. Staff is nice and look experienced but please have a courage to admit your mistake and poor diagnosis of any issue. I had a very high expectation from this place but it's very unlikely that I'd ever visit this place again.

Shopping for a car and still undecided. HOWEVER I want to give Mike U a shout out. He is professional, down to earth and overall a great brand embassador for Honda and this dealership. If you're in the market for a Honda...give Mike a call.
