I avoided placing a negative review on a Honda Dealer in the Niagara region after two consecutive horrific experiences, and was pretty much ready to rebuild my own garage after moving into the area before deciding to give Henley a shot. Shout out to Marco, the service, attention to detail, and kindness I received here was top notch. I am very hesitant to hand my car over to anyone, but I am happy to leave my car here in the hands of the service department. The crew here does an exceptional job and is worth a 5/5 star recommendation.

Bought a 2018 from them the very last week of June. When I went, the vehicle had an extra 16,000km on it than advertised and they refused to adjust the price accordingly, fine bought it anyway. The day I took it home, the sales representative opened the driver door to show me two broken features but assured me the next time I came for an oil change they would fix them then….instead of before they gave me my “new” vehicle. By the time I got home that day 3 separate warnings came on, immediately called and was told “they just forgot to press the reset button” the same lights came on until I had to bring it back within the first three weeks. Since then, four other things have broken on this vehicle, two of which broke the very first time the buttons were pressed. The quality of the vehicle, and service at this establishment is an absolute joke. I would never recommend this place to anyone in Niagara.

Vanessa Zimmermann made my day she was extremely attentive to my needs and I noticed her with others as well. I am extremely satisfied with her wonderful service. Thank you for caring and making me feel like Henley Honda family!!! I would also like to thank James in service as well he is also a great asset to the company for his service to my car needs. No wonder Henley Honda has The Best reputation in this city. I'm a true fan. 👍

On Friday evening I got flat tire on QEW, therefore I towned my CIVIC to Henley Honda. Next day Saturday Sept. 10 2022 moring I found out that Honda service was not able to fix my car because flat tire need to be changed for new one. I was tald that on Saturdays they mainly do oil change and they will take care of my car on Monday. I didn't get shuttle bus ride or replacement car, so I had to call taxi and pay $ 55 for ride home. ☹
