Great experience with Jamie Watson and Henley Honda. Bought my car outright in a timely manner. Jamie always responded quickly and when negotiating price, it was like he was on my side. I’ve owned numerous cars and never traded in or sold to a dealer but Henley gave me a fair price. I Considered trading in at Performance BMW and Performance VW but both of their Used Car Mangers took a week to get back to me, and gave me lowball offers, and that’s with me buying an $85,000 BMW from them. Jamie’s service puts them to shame! Friendly gentlemen that came to Toronto to up my car too. Thanks guys, was a pleasure.

A very ethical experience. Took my 2006 CR-V in for a previously diagnosed cracked cv boot. The technician examined the part in question and could not see any problems on the cleaned boot. He consulted with other technicians who confirmed his diagnosis. He carefully examined the other boots. No problems. No charge to the customer. I could easily have had an unnecessary repair done.

Poor service experience, unorganized yet friendly. Can’t speak to sales end of things. I purchased a used vehicle elsewhere with outstanding recalls on the Car Fax report. Called Henley Honda service, gave them the make/model and year and they said no recalls available. I said to check the VIN, and they did see the recalls then. Booked a 8am appointment and they said 2 1/2 hours to complete 3 recalls. Then get a phone call a few days later that one recall is on hold by Honda. Did not specify why, so not sure if it’s a part supply issue or something else. Then when I dropped off the vehicle I’m told it would take most of the day to complete. I then wait for a shuttle to drive me home. The shuttle took a single person home then 30 mins later the same driver came to get me and apologized for the wait. Driver was great and no issues there, just a lack of communication. Then at 11am I get a phone call about extra work needed, I decline. Then at 4pm I have a hard time reaching someone to see if my vehicle is done and start getting frustrated (took 3 attempts). When I finally reach someone they say “yes the keys are right here”, so they never called when the work was completed. Out of 3 recalls, 1 was completed and they had my vehicle the entire day. All they needed to do was remove 3 small hood latch screws, then put 3 new ones in with a metal reinforced plate (5 min job). When I picked up the vehicle nothing on the invoice was explained. I am extremely disappointed how unorganized the service department operated. Despite the friendly customer service staff, this service was a complete nightmare and I’m glad I have my own mechanic to service our vehicles.

Henley Honda is the place to go for a Honda! Took delivery of this 2022 Honda Civic SI and the whole process couldn’t have been easier! Dan C, Daniel, Todd and Shamil couldn’t have made me feel more of a valued customer. They fielded my messages, phone calls and with the delays in delivery they always made an effort to keep me up to speed on the predicted delivery time. I didn’t feel rushed with either of them, they had the patience to answer all of my questions and would recommend anyone who is in the market for a Honda to check them out as you are treated fairly and with full transparency as well! Thanks again to everyone at Henley who treated me along the way! Really appreciate it!
