I had a wonderful experience here- all of the employees are so friendly and greet you when you enter the building and are very cheerful. I went to have my car fixed during my lunch break and they shuttled me back to my workplace promptly upon dropping off my car, and were just as great picking me up after work to head back to the dealership to get my vehicle. Vanessa went out of her way to make sure that I was helped and overall made my experience a great one. Thanks again for all your help!

I would like to say my experience at Honda last week was perfect but unfortunately despite the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, I am disappointed to say the actual service component fell short. I had an issue with my A/C a couple weeks ago and called the dealership to book an appointment, was told it was likely the A/C condenser since it is a known issue with the 2016 model that I own. Luckily it is covered under warranty, so no concerns there. The gentleman books me in for an appointment- 2 weeks later because that's the earliest they can get me since they are booked solid. Fine, I get that- I'll do my best to manage until then. The day of my appointment, I drive over to the St. Catharines dealership from the falls where I work during the week. I have no problem finding someone to help me as many kind employees chat with me in the service garage- one gentleman even reassures me not to worry if the issue with my car is the A/C condenser, as they have "tons". They take my car to have a look at it, while they say the issue is most likely the condenser. Shortly after I get shuttled back to my work, and I await news on the status of my vehicle. Toward the end of the day, I get a call from the dealership. They tell me the goods news is that they found out the issue is indeed the A/C condenser, but the bad news is that they ran out of the parts. They tell me they can get more tomorrow, however the earliest appointment they can book me in is another 2 weeks from now. So you're telling me after waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, there's no way they can get me in for an appointment sooner? I'm sorry, but that's simply unacceptable. I have severe pollen allergies and have to drive 20 minutes to and from work every day with the windows down, and it has been hard enough waiting the 2 weeks until my initial appointment. I understand they are all booked up but the most they can do is offer to put me on a list if any cancellations were to come up? Come on. How about offer an earlier appointment at another Honda dealership if possible or offer a loaner vehicle for my troubles? I wasted my whole lunch break just to find out that the A/C condenser was broken- which I already knew. I guess the gentleman that had assured me not worry upon my arrival for my appointment since they have TONS of the A/C condenser parts was wrong- clearly I did have to worry. I'm extremely disappointed in the service here, which is unfortunate since the staff are so friendly. Make sure you don't need your car fixed quicker than a month or you're better off taking your vehicle elsewhere.

Horrible Experience. Poor Communication. Bad Customer Service Dropped off car @8am. They did not properly communicate length of time required to complete job. Job took 2 hours. They had me car until 430pm. No one called me to inform length of time required or when the car was ready at 2pm. Nothing was done to the car. Still same issue as before drop off. I would not recommend. Wasted my day.

I wanted to thank the staff at Henley Honda, Joe, Sean and Dan that went to great effort to deliver my vehicle and allow me to pick it up yesterday. They've been kind, hard working and good communicators. I'd recommend Henley Honda for a vehicle purchase to anyone.

Today my mom and I visited Henley Honda. We went to just look around, my mom wasn’t sure of what she wanted. We met with Erin and he was so helpful. He treated us like we were friends, very knowledgeable, and so helpful. Made my mother feel so comfortable, needless to say she walked out being the new owner of the Honda Civic sport coupe. We also Met with Todd, it was such a smooth and easy process! You guys are simply AMAZING! Hands down the best place to shop for your Honda needs!!! Best customer service ever!!! Keep up the great work, and thanks again for helping us!!! :)

We were looking to purchase a New Honda CRV and Erin made the process quick and easy while also answering any and all questions we had. Todd was amazing during our time in the finance office. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to everyone! Cannot wait to purchase again!

Purchased our first Honda through Henley Honda last week. Very impressed with how the civic drives. Purchasing the vehicle was a smooth process. Staff was friendly. We dealt with Todd in finance and Javier in sales. Both very knowledgeable and professional. See you guys when we're ready for our next car.
